Currently in very early development stages is a new application that doesn't have an official name yet but it is basically a Blog Manager.

This application is an enterprise frontend for your Lotus Domino based blogs where you can allow your users to create new blogs, see a list of all the current blogs, see which blogs have been recently updated etc etc. You can specify which template(s) to allow users to create blogs from so it supports both BlogSphere and the IBM Blog Template and any others.

If you have any ideas or suggestions for features for this Blog Manager then please let me know.

Gravatar Image1 - Dear Declan,

Great idea. I would be waiting anxiously to have my hands on it..

warm regards,

Pankaj

Gravatar Image2 - I am trying to publish the blog with url { Link } Where 192.168.1.5 is the IP address of the Domino server and pankaj.nsf is the database from bsphere3.ntf. I am not able to publish the blog. I am getting the error.

Lotus Notes Exception - Error validating user's agent execution access.

Please help, what am I missing out?

warm regards,

Pankaj

Gravatar Image3 - This is a fantastic idea!

Great job overall on the entire project!

Gravatar Image4 - @Pankaj: the error is what it is -- you need to sign your template, especially the agents. And make sure that the signing ID is one capable of running scheduled / back-end agents in your environment.

Gravatar Image5 - Hi Ben,

Thanks for the help.

I am now able to run the Blogsphere.

@Declan Any update on Blog manager...

warm regards,

Pankaj
